Gear Flow Meters (ZHM) are volumetric flowmeters mainly used for lubricating and non-lubricating liquids. They are equally suitable for filled, viscous and abrasive media. Only high quality stainless steels are used to manufacture the gear flow meters, which can withstand even corrosive media. The combination of different gear dimensions and modules allows a wide range of sizes, which can cover an enormous measuring range. Turbine Flow Meters (HM) are used to measure continuous and discontinuous volume flows. They are mainly used for lubricating and non-lubricating media. In particular, they are suitable for low- and medium-viscosity fluids, such as water, emulsions, glycol mixtures and light oils. Only high-quality stainless steels that can withstand even corrosive media are used to manufacture the turbine flow meters. The combination of a wide variety of turbine wheel diameters and vane geometries enables a broad range of sizes that can cover an enormous measuring range.

Helical Flow Meters (SRZ)

Helical Flow Meters (SRZ) are volumetric flow meters that are mainly used for highly viscous, abrasive, filled as well as lubricating and non-lubricating media. Polyurethane, polymers and viscous materials, but also greases and oils of all kinds are among them. Thanks to its design, temperature fluctuations and the resulting change in medium viscosity have only a marginal effect on measurement accuracy. Only high-quality stainless steels that can withstand even corrosive media are used to manufacture the spindle flowmeters.
